Robert Knohl
CEO Robert Knohl, brings to his leadership role at InformationLogix an unprecedented level of entrepreneurial expertise in the art of developing leading B2B e-commerce models and business opportunities and then successfully commercializing them. Mr. Knohl has to his credit three highly successful startups, including REO.com; Default Management Network Solutions (DMNS), a B2B e-commerce business sold to Alltel; and BEC Trust Deed Service, a default and settlement company, ventured with Beneficial Finance. Mr. Knohl's record of achievements also includes consulting on B2B e-commerce and software technologies with today's leading technology companies, such as London Bridge Group.

Dana Keith
President Dana Keith co-founded ListingLink.com which was formed in 1994, as one of the first Internet based real estate listing services. ListingLink was purchased by Times Mirror in 1996 and later sold to Classified Ventures, a partnership made up of Times Mirror, Washington Post, New York Times and other large newspaper groups. Mr. Keith served as Director of Business Development for Classified Ventures. Prior to developing ListingLink.com, Mr. Keith was a partner in Homes and Open Houses, a weekly, real estate listing and advertising periodical. Mr. Keith holds a California Brokers License and brings 15 years of experience and expertise in all facets of the Real Estate Industry.

Gregg Rondinelli
Chief Financial Officer Gregg L. Rondinelli has almost 25 years of Operations, Strategy, Corporate Finance, Processes & Controls, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Marketing, and Business Development experience. Mr. Rondinelli focuses on the growth of company management and corporate finance which has led teams at various stages of corporate development to outstanding results, ranging from public offerings to sales of companies. Mr. Rondinelli has held CFO positions at CommerceScout, an Internet tools company and startup, where he successfully raised venture capital in the post internet crash environment; and orchestrated within one year the sale of Hard Candy, a cosmetics company, to a multibillion dollar European luxury brand conglomerate. Mr. Rondinelli has also worked for Creative Computers (MALL&UBID:NASDAQ), Diedrich Coffee (DDRX:NASDAQ) and Smartalk Teleservices (SMTK:NASDAQ).
